A strength coach and endurance athlete who believes strong people are built through disciplined training and unapologetic consistency.

With a background in weightlifting and performance-based strength training, alongside high elevation mountain running, she blends strength and stamina into one cohesive approach.

Originally a road runner, she evolved into tackling long climbs and hard miles at altitude, pairing a powerful engine with real strength in the gym.

As a certified personal trainer, Gretchen is passionate about teaching people how to “gym” the right way. She focuses on technical skill, progressive overload, and building total capacity so athletes don’t just work out, they train with purpose.

Her mission is simple: help people fall in love with fitness by showing them what they’re capable of when they commit and keep showing up.
